Regardless, going to follow through on taking some time away from posting. I'm clearly making some bullshit posts and bad judgement based on the bad judgement of ownership on this trade. If it wasn't aimed at me, apologies. It was right after my post so I put 2 and 2 together incorrectly.Flagrant Fowl wrote: ↑Mon Jun 29, 2026 6:23 pmI didn't mention you at all.AmareIsGod wrote: ↑Mon Jun 29, 2026 6:06 pmAwesome. Bravo. It's like being a street evangelist. No one wants to hear that.Nobody said I'm no longer a fan. Just that this is a bullshit decision by the FO. Remove all of the domestic violence shit and it's still a bullshit basketball decision. Care to argue otherwise? But I'm glad you felt the need to call me out. Take a bow. The Internet is a place to dump a whole lot of bullshit. Calling me out in the process of doing so, dumping my corny shit in the Internet, in a corner of the Internet with a limited audience... Well done.

What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

I still hate this trade so, so much.

Re: Suns trade Grayson Allen, Royce O'Neale for Miles Bridges
From a pure basketball perspective, I'm less excited after the trade than prior to it. I just don't care for Green, Bridges or Williams as players. I'm not convinced they're winning players and a starting lineup of Book, Green, Brooks, Bridges and Williams just looks awful to me. It feels like we're skipping steps to try and win now, which is OK given Book's timeline but it doesn't feel like the Bridges trade or this roster has us as any sort of threat.
Maybe there's another move coming but I would've been more excited leaning into the youth we had even with Allen or Royce on the roster and just giving them less minutes.

I think Bridges is going to be pretty good for the Suns, and while a lot of people won't forget his crimes, they will cheer for him on the court and ultimately accept him.

Thanks for actually doing something about this, Sose! One note: it might be more effective to add the direct email addresses for Mat Ishbia, Brian Gregory, and Josh Bartelstein:
MIshbia@suns.com
bgregory@suns.com
jbartelstein@suns.com
I know for a fact that Mat’s email address works as he has personally replied to me in the past (unless he’s changed it). The other two I’m pretty sure are theirs.
I don’t want to get you in trouble lol, but if we’re trying to make an impact let’s let the real decision makers hear us!

Maybe just maybe the suns did this to show us running it back isn’t that bad after all…deal isn’t official yet, so maybe we back out and just run it back(this is a joke in case it wasn’t clear).
One thing this move did is make suns fans feel something…I mean even Sose made an appearance and Jeremy too(good to see both of you by the way!)

This is like when people say they're moving to Canada when Trump won the election. You won't. Your ties to the country/organization are too deep for one bad apple to sever them. This is just being dramatic. Ain't nobody move to Canada. If they're making a playoff run this place will be buzzing as usual.

League Pass subscription cancelled. It doesn't mean that I will stop being a fan. It does mean that I will stop directly contributing to the Suns' revenue streams.
I will still be happy to watch highlights, streams, or live games if I get free tickets. And they will have the chance to earn me back, especially if Bridges does prove a model citizen going forward. But earn me back they will have to do.

What Bridges did was absolutely abhorrent and will never be forgotten, and no I will not root for him to succeed personally, but it's just sports and none of it matters. You can still hope your team is good and not root for Bridges. You can also separate the 2.

Because you ARE supporting child abuse in sweatshops.
If you're going to be publicly dramatic I hope you are at least consistent and not just changing your profile picture to a France flag on Facebook in a show of fake selective outrage

I don’t think I attacked sose. Just saying I can understand why Reddit didn’t react too favorably to his post when I was questioned why. I also provided evidence that folks knew about KJ messing around with a minor before he retired, contrary to what sose initially said in the Reddit post.AmareIsGod wrote: ↑Mon Jun 29, 2026 11:23 amSo then, on the KJ note, since it was while he was still in Phoenix, what was your opinion at the time and that of Suns fans? I'm not sure what that argument is getting at. That sose and others conveniently overlooked that but are against this? Morals didn't exist then but exist now? Also, at that time, was social media, etc, as rampant?
I think it's foolish to just assume sose or other fans (myself, etc) were cool with KJ doing the horrible shit he did.
Personally, I think it's shitty for anyone, especially any of us, to shit on sose regarding this. If it weren't for him, we wouldn't all be here talking today with Mori carrying it forward. We wouldn't know each other. I'm not understanding the moral police that are judging him for his moral views regarding this absolutely shitty trade that brought one of the shittiest people to our team that has done nothing beyond his court mandated work in regards to helping victims of DV or doing more for the community. I've deep dived into that yesterday and today and there's nothing out there that shows he's done work or is actively doing work.
Not a fan of your attack towards sose iLLmatic.

I'm still trying to understand the whole situation between Bridges and his ex. While I don't condone his behavior at all, I also don't like the idea of somebody being "tried in the court of public opinion".
It is confusing that a year after the incident, his ex tried to publicly support him saying "He's not a woman beater".
https://www.si.com/nba/hornets/onsi/new ... man-beater
Maybe she wanted to try and reconcile at the time. I know there is a pattern of battered women going back to their abusers. But then just recently, she was caught vandalizing his car and just last month had a restraining order put on her.

Their relationship has completely fractured into an escalating legal battle. While she previously defended his character in 2023, she has since distance herself entirely and declared that she is single and does not speak to him.The current status of their relationship is defined by severe ongoing conflict:
Complete Separation: Johnson publicly confirmed on social media that she wants nothing to do with him, stating, "I'm single & don't speak to this man."
The details of the legal battle between Mychelle Johnson and Miles Bridges have drastically escalated, alongside a major shift in Bridges' NBA career.
The 2026 Restraining Orders :
In May 2026, a Mecklenburg County judge granted Miles Bridges a temporary restraining order against Mychelle Johnson. The court documents outline a series of serious allegations made by Bridges’ legal team:
The Tire Tampering Incident: On March 21, 2026 (Bridges’ birthday), Johnson allegedly booked a room at the Omni Hotel near the Spectrum Center, tracked down Bridges' vehicle in the parking garage, and attempted to slash or tamper with his car tires while he was on court playing a game. Security pursued her after she was recognized, and she fled the scene.
Cyberstalking and Harassment: Bridges alleged that Johnson has engaged in a pattern of cyberstalking, including sending prolonged, emotionally charged messages during the late-night and early-morning hours.
Order Restrictions: Under the temporary order, Johnson is legally prohibited from contacting Bridges, his new girlfriend, or his legal team. She must also remain at least 500 feet (or 500 yards depending on specific venue locations) away from him, his residence, and professional NBA facilities. Johnson has formally denied these allegations in her court responses.
Current Custody Arrangement: The former couple shares four minor children and had a temporary custody and support agreement in place since 2023. However, the custody arrangement is now up in the air due to new petitions:
Petition for Sole Custody: In tandem with the restraining orders, Bridges filed a petition seeking sole custody of all four children. He claims that Johnson is prioritizing her personal grievances and vendettas over the well-being of the children.
Psychological Evaluation Demand: Bridges has asked a judge to compel Johnson to submit to a mandatory psychological evaluation. His legal team claims she has displayed erratic behavior and has developed an "obsessive fixation" on his current girlfriend.
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.
