No shit. Be unhappy that we didn't turn Mirza into value. Or PJ. Don't be pissed that we got a decent 1st for Keef.
It is more that we are unhappy that Kieff tanked his value so effectively. I'm pretty sure most of us wanted him gone. He had to go but that doesn't mean the Wizards didn't get a steal.
But they didn't. They paid what he was worth. We fucked ourselves over because we invested in him.
I just think this time next year most people will look back at this deal as a steal for the Wizards. Kieff's value is at an all time low. When his head is on straight he is a good player on a great contract. There is definitely a risk for the Wizards but I think the payoff will be worth it.
But he'll always be a Morris brother! No changing that!

It is easy to vilify him, but really, the FO is to blame for their lack of foresight. I will give them a pass for when they signed him to a long-term deal with his brother, but it was sheer stupidity to think they could trade away his brother and he would be good for us (especially after the assault charges). The witch is very much alive.

Pelton give us a B+ and the Wizards a D in his trade grades.

Let's not forget, The 13th pick worked out pretty well for us last year.

Welcome to my personal inner circle of grossly detested former Suns players, Markieff.
He might even be number 2. Yep, I believe he is. Not that he didn't try but I don't think anybody will ever top Horry.

Markieff is/was among the many symptoms of the franchise malaise, not the main cause. The patient is still very ill.
Well, so much for hopes and dreams ...

Really? He didn't even pay someone to kill his girlfriend...

I am happy he is gone too. But our problems run much deeper.

Hope that helps stifle my bumming you out.

Yea!

Complaints about the deal? We all wanted him gone so bad that nobody should be complaining that we didn't get enough in return.
In four years, you don’t have to vote again. We’ll have it fixed so good, you’re not gonna have to vote.

Exactly. The entire league knew we wanted him gone, so we had no leverage. We got what we could.

Of course Pelton gave us a good grade. He said we wouldn't get anything more than a 2nd rounder as of 2 days ago.

I wish he would've bit it on that hover board while leaving. That would have been the cherry on top.
