Game Day: Suns (22-50) @ Celtics (46-26), Fri 3/24/17
Time: 4:30 pm AZ (4:30 pm PT / 7:30 pm ET)
Place: TD Garden, Boston, MA
TV: FSAZ/NBALP
More good experience for our young group. I'd expect the over/under for margin of victory to be around 30.
Go Suns!!!

A rare chance for us to re-litigate the Isaiah Thomas trade and the other surrounding point guard trades made at that deadline! Hooray!

If the Celtics had a freshman team, they would all start in today's game ...
Well, so much for hopes and dreams ...

Celtics just lost to us, I think they come out and pound us early
Re: Game Day: Suns (22-50) @ Celtics (46-26), Fri 3/24/17
I'm getting really annoyed by how secretive the Suns are about their injured players. Since Dragan went on the injured list, it's like he dropped off the face of the earth. Shouldn't we be getting occasional fluff pieces about how he's recovering, working hard on his body and his game, and looking forward to getting back out there and showing us what he can do?

Reach out to Doug Haller, the new Suns beat writer, on Twitter and ask him to write a fluff piece about Bender so that we don't forget about him.Cap wrote:I'm getting really annoyed by how secretive the Suns are about their injured players. The Suns media management is as bad as their player management.

I'm so very glad the Suns picked up Ronnie Price to add veteran depth to this team ...

Yep, all they've managed to do is clog a roster spot.LazarusLong wrote:I'm so very glad the Suns picked up Ronnie Price to add veteran depth to this team ...

For whom? Who is this great talent we're preventing from playing? Price was picked up for the locker room only. The Bobster wrote:Yep, all they've managed to do is clog a roster spot.LazarusLong wrote:I'm so very glad the Suns picked up Ronnie Price to add veteran depth to this team ...

That's silly. After all the drama we've had this season because of having too many guys who need minutes, you're complaining about the one end-of-roster vet we finally brought in? That's just complaining for complaining's sake. The Bobster wrote:Yep, all they've managed to do is clog a roster spot.LazarusLong wrote:I'm so very glad the Suns picked up Ronnie Price to add veteran depth to this team ...

Actually, now that they're short-handed they would have been much better off signing somebody who they might actually play rather than another veteran. Even if it's just a 10-day deal.O_Gardino wrote:That's silly. Adding a 33-year-old to sit is pointless. If they like having him around so much just make him an assistant coach.

He's probably being groomed as Watson's successor if he bolts for UCLA.The Bobster wrote:Actually, now that they're short-handed they would have been much better off signing somebody who they might actually play rather than another veteran. They already have Chandler, Barbosa and Dudley for veteran leadership. And they had plenty of point guards.Superbone wrote:For whom? Who is this great talent we're preventing from playing? It might have been wise to keep a roster spot open for a D-league talent or a free agent looking work.
Yes, hindsight is 20-20, but it seems management has a real talent for making questionable moves. They are developing it into a fine science.
Well, so much for hopes and dreams ...

I just wish we could play Knight more maybe fix his rep a bit and add value but that ship sailed a month ago.

Ugly so far, on pace to score 24 points. 0 for 11 from the field. 16-3
