I would switch Bullock for Goodwin but overall I liked this.INFORMER wrote:Enes KanterTheOriginalOriginal wrote:Enes Kanter is supposedly available, he rebounds and plays up front.

I'd do it in a second. I'd love to get Markel Brown, Nick Johnson, and Dante Exum together. That's a 3-guard lineup I think would be absolutely devastating in the future. Robinson is an expiring contract, thus cap relief, and I'd like to see Leonard play next to Len.Wally_West wrote:No...INFORMER wrote:And while I'm at it:

Kanter/Len and Exum/Dragic puts us in far superior spot than we are now. Bigger inside and out, and Dragic gets to play the PG spot where he belongs. Offloading Bledsoe's contract opens up money for Dragic and Kanter. Exum, while still very green would give us something closer to an NBA player than Archie. This is a no brainer for me.

Don't think we have had Wright long enough to package him with players in a trade.INFORMER wrote:And the grand finale:

Saw that over on realgm from a Celtic fan. I would take that in a heart beat. Am I insane? I haven't watched Olynyk much but unless his defense is atrocious I think that is a really good move.Bledsoe for Avery Bradley, Kelly Olynyk, the higher of our 2015 firsts, and the cavs 2016 first.

A 24 year old 7 footer who is hitting the three at a 35% rate. Grabbing five and a half boards in twenty five minutes of playing time.
The more I look at it and I think it would be a steal with those draft picks. It is a shame the guy that posted it isn't Ainge.OE32 wrote:Not bad...EDC wrote:Saw that over on realgm from a Celtic fan. I would take that in a heart beat. Am I insane? No offense takencarey wrote:This is not necessarily directed at OE32, because a lot of posters have done this over the years, but what is up with the obsession of trying to turn players that are clearly Cs into PFs? Kanter is not a PF. Plumlee could never play PF. Ditto with Len. These guys are Cs, let them play like Cs.
The twin towers were a once in a lifetime thing. Sampson & Olajuwon are never going to happen again.
If you're talking about someone like Channing Frye, I wouldn't call him a pure C. He can play PF too.Ring_Wanted wrote:What if one of the towers is a jumpshooter with 3pt range?
Ha! I'm not talking about Frye. I wouldn't ever call him a tower. But Len seems much more comfortable launching jumpshots than banging in the paint, offensively. It wouldn't surprise me if he developed a reliable shot, and with his agility, he could guard some PFs and allow another big body to play in the paint.Cap wrote:If you're talking about someone like Channing Frye, I wouldn't call him a pure C. Robinson-Duncan is another famous Twin Towers with two guys who can play C, but one of whom is just as comfortable at PF. Carey is talking about lineups with two pure Cs.
