He could end up starting in Milwaukee. KPJ stinks.

I think you actually may have been right. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was him and either Milwaukee swooped in offering a better role or if he just couldn’t wait for the Beal thing any longer.

I wouldn’t mind Okogie if we packaged Royce and Grayson for a starting 4

Dame will make $70M while not playing this season. That is insane and makes me hate everything.

The world is going to shit and basketball players are making insane amounts of money for not playing. It makes me wonder why I am spending my money on this.

Don’t hate the player…

(Brad Beal is still really annoying.)

Shams said we were going after him too, along with Milwaukee. Always loved Smart, wish we could've had him 7-10 years ago.

He’s a strong fit for what we need but there’s a decent chance he’s washed.

Yea…. Especially if you’re on a thankless job like “teacher”.

Hope the school year was good!

Well, Smart to the Celtics and Paul to the Clippers. So those are out. Not many PGs left.

Here are a couple guards. One we have experience with. Goodwin does fit the alignment defensively and effortwise.

Jordan Goodwin, Cam Payne, Shake Milton, Jared Butler, Ben Simmons, Russell Westbrook, Malcolm Brogdon…there’s still some guys out there.

OK, Split. Rank those guys in the order you'd like them on the Suns. Out of that group, I'd take a flyer on Westbrook. We at least know he plays hard and doesn't take plays off. But you also get the boneheaded plays. Although, whoa! Just looked it up and he's 36. He'd be way out of our timeline so I don't know.

Well I think at this point you’ve got to ask what benefit you are looking for. I liked the idea of Westbrook previously when we wanted guys that would play hard, but I don’t think that’s a huge issue anymore. I think someone who can get easy looks for our big men would be nice, but I don’t really see that person left. I think the biggest thing we need is someone who can keep the offense afloat when Booker misses time…but that person also has to be willing to have a smaller role when we are healthy. Not sure guys like Brogdon and Westbrook would want that.

I didn’t add Markelle Fultz, but he’s also available…here would be my list:

Cam Payne
Jared Butler
Shake Milton

Markelle Fultz
Ben Simmons

The top list seems better suited for what we need. Bottom list would be swings on maybe some higher upside.
