Man, the lottery is so boring with so few rearrangements. I don't understand why only the top 3 picks are actually in a lottery system. They should have all 13 be drawn. It would be so much more exciting.

The one year everything holds to form....where was that the yer we had Atlanta's pick???

Philly rewarded for their blatant tanking. Lakers also luck out by getting almost the best pick (just pick the other consensus top 2 guy).
