Ronnie Price had a shot due to voter's fatigue ahaha, but in the end Tucker's dominance in undisputable.
Re: Suns News: Week 25 4/11-4/17
Congrats to Tucker. He showed the supreme effort again tonight as well.
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

The only bad thing about him winning this award is that it probably means they're less likely to trade him this offseason.
Re: Suns News: Week 25 4/11-4/17
I don't have any problems with him staying on the team, as long as he is used situationally. That is completely on the next coach, and honestly the GM to put together a roster that doesn't need PJ Tucker to play +25 mpg.Mori Chu wrote:The only bad thing about him winning this award is that it probably means they're less likely to trade him this offseason.

Exactly. Tucker at 15-20mpg is useful. At starter minutes he becomes a liability.Indy wrote:I don't have any problems with him staying on the team, as long as he is used situationally. The Suns have purchased the Bakersfield Jam. They are moving the team to Prescott Valley and will rename the team the Northern Arizona Suns.

Bold name. The jokes won't take long to come.
Re: Suns News: Week 25 4/11-4/17
Northern Arizona Suns? WTF. That is a stupid name. You don't name your D-League team the SAME name as your NBA team! Ugh.
Re: Suns News: Week 25 4/11-4/17
I've already heard they should have called them the Northern Arizona Step Suns.

Weird. Just last week while I was in Arizona, there was an article about how successful the Jam were in Bakersfield after they changed their focus to a smaller corporate crowd.carey wrote:The Suns have purchased the Bakersfield Jam. I wonder why they didn't just start a new franchise. There is no shortage of D-league level talent out there.Superbone wrote: Weird. I am assuming their current marketing partners continue as part of the acquisition. Starting that from scratch, with no sponsors, probably isn't appealing (even if there are plenty of D-league level players).carey wrote:I wonder why they didn't just start a new franchise. I thought they bought the Jam last year or even earlier.

I thought they were partial owners, and had a controlling stake in the team, so they could control them more.In2ition wrote:I thought they bought the Jam last year or even earlier.

In four years, you don’t have to vote again. We’ll have it fixed so good, you’re not gonna have to vote.
