Game Day (Playoffs Round 1): Suns (0-0) @ Thunder (0-0), Sun 4/19/26

Post by Superbone »

Time: 12:30 pm AZ (12:30 pm PT/3:30 pm ET)
Place: Paycom Center, Oklahoma City, OK
TV: ABC

The Suns are coming off their big win against the Warriors while the Thunder have been off a week. Will the time off hurt them? Both Williams and Allen remain questionable.

Can't wait to watch the Suns get fouled and slapped all game while HOKC and their twinks get all the calls.

We probably couldn't take OKC 5-on-5, but with SGA's incessant foul-baiting we'll actually be playing 5-on-8. I think the constant whistles are going to be infuriating in this series. Hope the refs let a bit of physical play slide and don't call fouls on every tiny touch on Shai. If they let us be physical we might have an outside chance. Sic Goodwin on SGA (Dunn when Goodwin rests) and hope for the best.

If Booker gets weak calls against him and Shai doesn’t, I might just lose it.

Suns have to gang rebound. Chet and Isaiah are both 7 footers. Rebounding will be extremely important.

Pretty good start but Goody getting 2 fouls is going to loom large.

Brooks dribble game has been rough since he came back. Needs to stop forcing it.

Dillon Brooks already acting a fool and smacking Chet in the face; flagrant foul.

It's so frustrating watching Brooks and Green when they get the ball and knowing they're not going to pass it. Brooks compounds a TO with a flagrant on Chet. Even if it's questionable, they're gonna nail him because of his rep.

1st quarter is not even halfway over and the game is already slipping away from us.
