Phoenix Suns 2014 Training Camp in Flagstaff, AZ

Post by Superbone »

Training camp is off to a good start from all accounts. Most are returnees and now they can work on the details. A full scrimmage will complete the camp on Saturday and will be available to watch online.

Coro talking about day one:

This is a 20 minute or so interview show that took place after the first day of camp hosted by Swing's new favorite, Greg Esposito, AKA Espo. Hornacek, Goran, and Plumlee clips are included and Coro is also interviewed:

I'm ok with Espo, but I really wish that they would move away from the campy announcers and towards a more professional group of hosts.

Not even gonna lie, if they replaced Espo with a hot blonde who made the same dumb ass jokes I'd probably be OK with her. Does that make me a bad person?

Ha. Yeah any guy who says otherwise would be liar. Bravo to you sir. Please tweet your comment to Espo. He just comes across as someone they rolled off the unemployment line so we could save a few bucks. If they stuck him on a suns.com kids page I think that would work better for all of us.

According to a poll of brunettes, yes.

More on Len:
Goran Dragic specifically mentioned how impressed he's been with Len so far in the workouts as well.

"He looks really good, much better than last year. Last year he had a lot of injuries, but this year he's moving well, and in the pick-up games we've been playing he looks amazing."

Goran also went on to explain that Alex, along with Archie Goodwin, has been one of the team's biggest surprises compared to last year.

"I think Alex is really more comfortable. He's got that fire back in him, and I think he can help this team a lot this season."

Is that Mark West standing in front of Plumlee? At first I thought it was Tolliver, but he is too tall, and then I saw Tolliver standing next to Plumlee.

Len may have grown some.

Well they did say after we drafted him that the doctor claimed his growth plates were still open and he might grow a bit more. I thought that was crazy at the time.

Haha, one of my tweets was shown on the training camp show today. I said Coach Hornacek would win a 3-point competition among the Suns roster. :p
