Place: ORACLE Arena, Oakland, CA
TV: FSAZ/NBALP

Ugh. This one may not be pretty. We're catching the Warriors on a two game losing streak in their building. If we can even hang with them I'll be happy. Chances for a blowout are fairly high in this one.

Go Suns!!!

There's never really a good time to face the Warriors, but this is about as good as any. The Warriors did play last night (as we did) on the road in Utah, and they lost (making it their first 2-game losing streak of the season). And our Suns have done very well on their recent home stand, winning 6-of-8 games against tough competition. Also Bogut is out with his yearly injury and the Warriors' 3s haven't been falling as well in the last few games. They are in a bit of a lull after Klay's amazing 37-point quarter.

I think the biggest problem is that their coaching staff knows our team intimately and will be very prepared for us. That, and, we're not nearly as good a team as they are. :-) I think the Warriors will win this one, but I just want to see our guys keep it close and give them a tough time of it.

I will *BE AT THIS GAME* with my wonderful fiancee who bought us two tickets to it as a Christmas present last month! I'm really excited. I'll be wearing my Dragic shirt and cheering on the Suns. Looking forward to seeing Len in person.

You know the saying, they play up or down to their competition. They know this will be a tough game to win, so I'm hoping it brings out the best in the Suns and the Warriors go on a three game losing streak. I hope we win so I don't have to suffer through another round of trade talk here. 8-)
In four years, you don’t have to vote again. We’ll have it fixed so good, you’re not gonna have to vote.

whenever there is a story like this -- first time coach , Warriors.. etc. I always imagine how long it will be til he gets fired? Like - say the GSW make it through the 2nd round this year, but next year they fall off a little and the whole process is like 'when will Kerr get fired?'

Same can definitely be said for our coach. Last year "coach of the year ! amazing " this year more bumps a bit more criticism , next year -- possible firing talk.

I predict he will be gone by 2017 [ Kerr ]

I am not a fan of these 9:30 starts (for me.) I'm often up late but my brain usually just shuts off around 11. So I have a hard time processing the action in the 2nd half when we start late. Plus my kids get up at 7 even on the weekends. I usually can't fall asleep for a while (especially if it's a close game, like EVERY game we play basically) so it generally means around 6 hours of sleep.
Go Suns!

I had to move to Florida for my job several years ago. Besides it being in central Florida, which could very well be the worst place in America, it came at a time when the Suns were very popular. So that meant a lot of late games on TNT. They say 8:30 starts Mountain time, but really they always pushed to nearly 9. That was midnight for me. And I had to be at work by around 7:30. Those was a really tough year to be a Suns fan.

It will be interesting to watch how the coaching merry go round plays out in the west since there are so many really good teams. I imagine most consider a final appears or at worst conf finals as not a completely wasted season. We have already seen Memphis, GS and in the past the Nuggets get rid of coaches despite racking up lots of wins. I would say McHale would be feeling a fair bit of pressure this year come playoff time.

OKC just lost to Memphis. They're now back to being sub-.500, and 4.5 games behind the Suns.

You like that nice pass by Brandan Wright to Plumlee under the basket?

I'm here at the game! Super fun. Man, IT sure can't stay in front of Curry at all. And WTF Marcus getting another tech? Hope he doesn't play any more tonight.

W's can sure put up points in a hurry.

Why can't the twins control themselves? They know they are on the thinnest of thin ice. It's past ridiculous and into ludicrous territory.

Darn, missed that layup by Dragon that would have put us in the lead going in to halftime. I feel like we are playing well overall though and think we can take this game if we keep doing what we're doing.
