Re: 2025 NBA Playoffs

This great series will be ruined by Scott Foster's whistle in Game 7.

Re: The Kevin Durant Problem

I'd rather read about Wally's dick fetish than click that play button.

Can we just not post his nonsense? There's enough of that going around here anyway.

Re: 2025 NBA Offseason News

I highly doubt the Pacers players are even marginally concerned with their front office trading a draft pick and someone who's not even on the roster.

Re: The Kevin Durant Problem

I don't mind Gobert. He'd really help the Suns stay out of the lottery in the next couple of seasons as long as they build a balanced roster.

Still rather have Poeltl with Quickley or Barrett.

Re: The Kevin Durant Problem

The Suns need to get over next season; they've dug themselves that no single trade is going to undo it. I knew this grit and grime garbage was going to be another hinderance in this team making good decisions. Get Ware because he is a talented, young big on a rookie deal; this "soft" foolishness is ...

Re: The Kevin Durant Problem

Gambo probably likes the Wolves offer more because it has an Italian coming to the Suns. Gobert is better than Poeltl, but contract value.. not so sure about that. Quickley and Barrett are significantly better than anyone in that reported Wolves offer. I'm not really interested in Dillingham at all ...

Re: 2025 Suns Offeason News

Beal isn't going anywhere this summer and I'd be surprised if he's traded during the next season. I've completely changed my outlook on his stubbornness.

I think he'll play better than last season, but he'll also pick up a soft tissue injury and miss 6-8 games a month.

Gambo is making it sound like the Suns don’t want Wiggins or Ware, because they don’t help you win games right now, and they are “soft” players.
Ware has grown on me as a prospect, but I agree with the Suns about both of them being "soft" in this case.

Re: The Kevin Durant Problem

Not interested in paying JJJ max money when he can't generate his own shot consistently and rebounds worse than Oso. Hes DA with an entirely different set of problems. DAs problem was a lack of heart and toughness. JJJ lacks brains (foul trouble constantly) neither is a max player, at the right ...

JJJ would be a fantastic return in a KD trade.

Re: 2025 Suns Offeason News

Westbrook would likely want to start and play 30mpg if he came here.

It's hard to imagine anything worse than last season so he'd certainly be a breath of fresh air, but that'll likely be forgotten after two months of him doing frustrating Russ things.

Yeah, no wonder we told San Antonio to take a hike
Id honestly be over the moon with that return.

Re: The Kevin Durant Problem

I'm surprised this is trending in the right direction for us with the report of the Suns being willing to trade with any team, not only KD's preferred landing spots. Yet I'm still holding my breath the Suns won't make a bad trade.

I kinda don't want Indy to win just because they would be yet another team to win a championship before the Suns. At least the Thunder (Sonics) technically have.
The Thunder don't recognize the Seattle title. Probably the only considerate thing that ownership group has done for Seattle.

Re: 2025 NBA Playoffs

Myles Turner is such garbage. I don’t know why everyone still says they wish we had traded for him. How can a starting center playing 30 mpg in the playoffs average 4.8 rebounds per game? How can one average less than 1 block a game and less than 2.5 fta? Turner also only makes 19 million. And shot ...

Re: The Kevin Durant Problem

2 thoughts: - Any Houston package HAS TO include Tari and/or Reed. - I wouldn't be opposed to keeping Vassell and starting him in the backcourt with Booker. Unlike Beal, he can defend and I'd much prefer that than running out another Tyus-type. Houston has always been the most interesting trade ...

Re: The Kevin Durant Problem

IIRC, most of us here were satisfied with (at worst tolerant of) Ayton on the Suns until he wanted to be paid like a top 6 player at his position like he is at the moment. How can anyone honestly boast about his and/or his team's production since leaving Phoenix? If someone doesn't get it at this ...

Re: The Kevin Durant Problem

I highly doubt the Spurs would part with #2 or Castle for a KD trade, nor do I think they should.

Unfortunately for us, the Ishbia Suns front office doesn't appear to be even a little bit savvy at the negotiating table.

Re: The Kevin Durant Problem

However it shakes out, they probably need to acquire a Center from the deal. Neither Richards and Oso are full time starter quality. Agreed. I wonder what sort of C a guy like Vassell could bring back? He's around 25m per, gotta be something decent around that price https://www.spotrac.com/nba ...
