Re: 2025 NBA Offseason News

Weird how all these non-Ayton bigs are “garbage.” To me a big isn’t even a big if they can’t rebound. And we don’t have any good rebounders to put around him either, unless we want to start Richards next to him. Who are you taking: Amare in his prime or Ayton from 2021-2022 season? Ayton for sure—be ...

OK, I think we've met our Ayton quota for this thread now. :P
Well I guess it’s appropriate that someone asked me the question on the 7th anniversary of me joining this forum. :P

Re: 2025 NBA Offseason News

Who are you taking: Amare in his prime or Ayton from 2021-2022 season? Ayton for sure—better defense and rebounding, which is what I want from a big. Plus much more efficient offensively. This take is just wild. Exactly what year(s) constitute Amare's prime are debatable; he had several exceptional ...

Then why haven’t the Suns pulled the trigger? Minnesota’s offer must be contingent on KD being okay with it.

Re: The Kevin Durant Problem

If KD stays healthy until the trade deadline and is playing at just as high a level as he did this season, his value could actually be higher in February. Especially if teams get desperate for that one missing piece. Of course there’s the risk involved there that he gets injured or starts dropping o ...

Is KD getting traded this week or not? The draft is a week away.
Nope, Gambo was wrong on that. Hopefully we are smart enough to hold out until Draft Day.

Re: The Kevin Durant Problem

Toronto deal is better because of #9…but apparently suns want to be good. That’s why they want Rudy. He makes us good next year almost by himself. ????? Come on, Split. Be serious. Haha You don’t think Rudy makes us better? I should qualify that by good I don’t mean a contender or anything. Also I d ...

Re: 2025 NBA Offseason News

Still, it doesn’t seem to be the right message to send to your team heading into an elimination game, as if your offseason has already started.

https://x.com/fullcourtpass/status/1935103146780500456?s=42 The Toronto deal is better imo 🤷🏽‍♂️ I like the Minnesota deal, if we aren’t going to do a rebuild. If they throw in another first rounder, it would be a home run at this point. Dillingham still has potential to be a starting point guard. D ...

Gambo probably likes the Wolves offer more because it has an Italian coming to the Suns.
Or, more specifically, he will finally be right about DiVincenzo coming to the Suns (draft day 2018). Lol.

We're not getting back 2 FRPs from anyone.
Then you keep him until the deadline and hope a team gets desperate by then. Two FRPs should be the minimum we will accept.

Re: The Kevin Durant Problem

Gambo said it’s very unlikely it will be Miami, precisely because we don’t like what they have to offer. It seems KD is the one pushing for Miami.
