That was fun! Loved how hard we played tonight…Booker brought us home but we won this game with effort and defense throughout from everyone…Gordon hitting every 3 helped too

Cold blooded shot from Book. Took his time, knew the double was coming and just got to his spot and nonchalantly made the gamewinner. Only 3pt shot of the game too after an off shooting night. Great win, real tough and physical game against a bigger team but everyone stepped up. Book had no space all night but still had 28, EG shot it well early on and had 25, Goodwin was great on both ends, Nas gave us a nice boost with some 3s. We battled and held them off during their run, was able to really grind this one out. Shows we can play tough and physical and win the ugly ones, which is important.

He saved your birthday 3 for the game winner. How special is that?! Happy Birthday, man!

Book was obviously the hero, but I liked the contributions from a lot of our guys today. Gordon obviously carried the most non-Book scoring load. Little showcased his great athleticism and also had some nice drives and cuts to the basket. Book seems to do a good job finding Little when he's open; I like Little a lot. Goodwin also had an awesome game, with solid all-around play, good defense, good passing, and several timely baskets. And while KBD and Nurk had pretty pedestrian numbers, they had a tough task on defense. Oh and Metu actually had a decent showing! I think he'll still be a factor for us this season.

The Knicks rely on offensive rebounds for a lot of their higher efficient scoring and we all know how terrible the Suns have been on the defensive glass.

Tonight?

Suns: 29 defensive, 18 offensive
Knicks: 25 defensive, 13 offensive
