That lasted about a week, NBA can't let Luka and Shai suffer.

Brunson's a tough score-first point guard, a winner, very smart and runs their offense. He won't average 10 apg because his offense is so good, like a shoot first CP. I think part of it is the offense they run and the lack of shooters he has on the floor with him. It's kind of funny because he, RJ and Randle are very similiar players just in different sizes.

Book's only 1-7but we're up and playing with good energy. Knicks aren't giving him any space so we need the others to keep hitting shots. Don't want to give up this lead heading into halftime.

It’s fun to watch people think they can bully EG in the post

Suns made a point to hit the boards and it's worked. Good minutes from KBD. Nurk's been good on defense except for that breakdown near the half. Yuta back from injury and hit two 3s. Gotta expect some combo of Randle, RJ and IQ to get it going in the 2nd half. Otherwise, just let Brunson keep scoring and keep everyone else cold.

Says a lot that Booker can't make anything and this team is leading a playoff team at the half. Nurkic is really starting to fit well, stay ready crew as good as you could hope for.

Nurk-Gordon-Goodwin-KBD-Little actually did pretty well. Imagine how that lineup would look with Ayton instead.

Should that have been in the Ayton thread?

They'd be playing 4 on 5.

Good half of basketball at the Garden from the good guys but not a great way to end the half.

Yeah, we've got quotas to make. Not getting to 250 with wasted opportunities like that.

At some point the Knicks will stop leaving Eric Gordon open, right?
