I hope Lebron stays with Miami. Call me sick and twisted but I wanna see the Cleveland fans have another epic meltdown; I'm also not convinced that Miami has down enough to dethrone the Spurs so it'd be a win-win in my book.

Or they are starting to stalk his friends now. They are doing everything they can to make it enticing.Superbone wrote:I guess LeBron to Cleveland is a done deal:

At this point, if we can retain Bledsoe without paying him the max, it's a huge win.
Re: Around the League: July 2014
Doesn't LeBron spend most of his time in Akron in the Summer? I'm guessing these trucks do this run every summer.Superbone wrote:Ha ha. Talk about deep digging journalism.Flagrant Fowl wrote:https://twitter.com/SedanoESPN/status/486954251508129792

Oh, I'm sure that's the case. Just fun boarding the speculation express.In2ition wrote:Doesn't LeBron spend most of his time in Akron in the Summer? Re: Around the League: July 2014
Why the fuck did we have a lockout?
Waah, cry for the poor owners losing money?
As a business owner, I would normally want to side with the owners... but as a struggling, poor, small business owner, i can't even fathom.... how they piss away the money that they do.... and these scrubs... I'm supposed to take the players side? They don't deserve this kinda money.
Smh.
Side question: Doesn't the new CBA make it hard for Lebron to get his "max" from Cleveland, since Miami has his Bird rights? How much of a pay cut is Lebron about to take to go back to Cleveland?

So, keep waiting on Bosh or matching Parson's offer?
Maybe a day sooner would have been a killer, but still good timing for the Mavs

Yep, teams are digging their own graves again. Giving out massive contracts to players who are undeserving of them.

Bosh isn't going to the Suns under any circumstance.Aztec Sunsfan wrote:So, keep waiting on Bosh or matching Parson's offer?

Re: Around the League: July 2014
I think the starting salary is the same, is the difference on annual raises and the 5th year only available to Miami that make it up for about 35mill before taxes to left on the table by leaving Miami.
Re: Around the League: July 2014
$15 million a year for Parsons??
I think that's officially the most ridiculous FA offer of the summer.

He's talking about Houston waiting on Bosh. If they match Parsons they can't sign Bosh.Flagrant Fowl wrote:Bosh isn't going to the Suns under any circumstance.Aztec Sunsfan wrote:So, keep waiting on Bosh or matching Parson's offer?

Re: Around the League: July 2014
I think i'd have to let Parsons walk. He's not worth that kind of money. I'd rather have an open slot than 15M owed to him.
Re: Around the League: July 2014
That Parsons contract is pretty near the max isn't it?
