#1 - the contract is nuts, but that's the only way the Mavs steal him away from the Rockets. Anything less is a no-brainer for the Rockets to match and pointless for Dallas to offer. He also fits in the front-court really nicely with Dirk and Chandler.

#2 - If the Rockets don't match they messed up BADLY allowing him to become a RFA. Shades of the Boozer-Cleveland fiasco.

You guys should read @LarryCoon 's timeline right now. He's a great follow, but tonight he has some interesting stuff about Houston's cap situation.

If Hou wants to keep Parsons & add Bosh they have to dump Lin, Jones & Motie with no salary coming back (Suns should take both Jones & Motie) & waive rights to every other player they have basically. Going to be near impossible. I bet they wish they wouldn't have made Parsons an RFA right about now. Good to see Dork Elvis fuck one up.
