Part of the problem is player development, which has to be shared between the team and the players (Bender, Chriss & Ulis). For instance, I don't like how the coaching staff uses Bender and Chriss mainly as perimeter shooters without emphasizing the development of a post game. On the other hand, you have to lay a good amount of the blame on Bender (for being much to passive offensively) and Chriss (for exhibiting a low basketball IQ a lot of the time).
We should be seeing these three making some improvement (like we have with Booker, Warren, Len and Jackson to differing degrees).
