NCAA Thread 2017-18
Re: NCAA Thread 2017-18
That blows me away. I honestly lose respect for him to see that he uses such a piece of trash old phone.
Re: NCAA Thread 2017-18
Either he's cheap as all heck, or he is a luddite unwilling to even learn newer than decade-old phone technology.
Probably both.
Probably both.
Re: NCAA Thread 2017-18
I'm getting a kick out of all this. I still rock a flip phone.

It's his lucky phone. He had it with him when he closed the deal to buy the Suns.Marty [Mori Chu] wrote:Either he's cheap as all heck, or he is a luddite unwilling to even learn newer than decade-old phone technology.

Somebody needs to run up to him at a game, grab that phone, and smash it. It's the source of all his power. If you break it, he has to sell the team.

This is an interesting look at what happened with UCLA in China: http://www.espn.com/mens-college-basket ... all-season

Porter Jr is really really good. I dont know if he'll really show out in the SEC tourney, but that kid is so smooth offensively.
Love, Hurts.

I'm really looking forward to seeing him tomorrow.TheOriginalOriginal wrote:Porter Jr is really really good. I dont know if he'll really show out in the SEC tourney, but that kid is so smooth offensively.

Look who is dishing the ball up to him most often in this video. Maybe we could get both those guys. They are used to playing together.carey wrote:https://twitter.com/SportsCenter/status/971482150141923331

Porter reminds me so much of Durant in how he moves.

I've read that NBA executives aren't worried about how he plays, just that he's healthy enough to play.
If he's healthy you can probably expect him to go top 3.

He was the #1 guy in this (highschool) class before the season started. There's a lot to like about his game in theory, but I'll continue to be a little skeptical if he doesn't show us anything over the next couple weeks. The Bobster wrote:I've read that NBA executives aren't worried about how he plays, just that he's healthy enough to play.

33/17 from Bagley today. He's far from a perfect prospect, but he just puts up numbers.
Re: NCAA Thread 2017-18
He has been nitpicked to death. I've even read some people think he's a tweener. It's a bit out of control already.Split T wrote:33/17 from Bagley today. He's far from a perfect prospect, but he just puts up numbers.

He is a tweener IMO. I don't think that really matters in todays game though.In2ition wrote:He has been nitpicked to death. I've even read some people think he's a tweener.
