Jazmyne is our Nick Gilbert. She has no idea how happy I am right now. 50 years folks and we finally get our #1 pick in the draft.

YES!!!
I said it months ago, I had irrational confidence that the Suns were going to win the lottery this year and I couldn't explain why, no matter their odds.

Welcome to the first (and hopefully last) annual "Shabazz does a weird victory dance alone in a conference room" extravaganza.

I am so happy I stayed up for this. Good news everyone. A great day for all Phoenix Suns fans around the globe!

I wish I knew who I want with that pick. Really hope Ryan and his team are smarter than me.
Right now I kinda like Doncic and JJJ but would prefer to make a deal and get one of them with a later pick somehow but I guess McD would not dare to do something like that and maybe he shouldn't. Whatever. Who cares. Those are exactly the problems/discussions we wanted to have.

It's between Doncic and Ayton. I don't know how Igor passes on his boy.

No time to celebrate Ryan, let’s pick up that phone and take advantage of a broken-hearted Memphis front office.

Given my track record, you shouldn’t expect much from me on the first play of the day, but hey, it’s all just random, right?
I got 1! Anyone else play?
We all handled it perfectly in our own ways which added up to this momentus first in Suns history! Well done everybody!!!

So do you take the man among kids that couldn't win a game in the tournament, or the kid with no position that won a euroleague championship?

Of course, Sarver is a UA alumnus. So do we go with Igor's boy or Robert’s?

The best! It's funny. Now that we actually have the #1 pick, I feel myself leaning toward Ayton. We've just never had that dominant center before. Is he the one? Please god, let us pick the right player.

Let’s go all in, take Doncic with the 1st, get that 4th from Memphis and take Best Big Available. They could use a reload with #15 #31 # 59, Warren, Chriss and Dudley for #4 & Parsons. A man can hope. Can we?
