Yeah, I don't know how I feel about it but I'm going to wait a few weeks to see what else we do first. I try not to overreact to a single move in a vacuum (unless it involves trading away draft picks then I reserve the right to immediately be irate if the return sucks.)
Thank you!

Ariza will still be giving up 15+ lbs in most matchups, same as Shawn. And body types are different. Ariza's slender. Tucker is a wide body, stronger bully. Barnes, Gordon and Kuz are more built and bulkier. I'm sure we'll be fine tho, he's got a longer wingspan than all those guys.
You act like Marion at the 4 didn't work out well. Did you lose a chunk of your memory? Specifically 2004-2008?

I haven't seen anywhere that Booker was "blindsided" by the news that Ulis was being waived. They may have talked to him, they may not have. At any case, part of the job is being a professional and understanding that your team isn't obligated to fill their roster with your buddies.

If Booker didn’t feel blindsided, would there be a report of him beeing upset? Ok, Ulis wasn’t the answer at PG, but he wasn’t bad and he costs us just 1.5 mil. If it means so much to Devin, you should keep him happy and keep Ulis. And if you decide you can’t keep him, you pick up the phone and explain it to your best Player, and you absolutely make sure that even if Booker is upset, that doesn’t get out to the media. My point is he has pissed off so many players now that there is a patern here. It isn’t the first time and it won’t be the last. His Job is called general manager, his job is managing people, he is bad at managing people!

Anybody else but Shams and I would have said trust the media to be looking to make that a story but.....
I'm wondering if it's based on Booker's reaction to that asshole who was instigating shit on Instagram.

What a f*** classic Ryan McD move. The dude has absolutely no class. Went through the same s*** with the Morris brothers and still didn’t learn.

If you’re getting rid of one of your core olayers’ Best friends/family, have the decency to give them a heads up.

Classless
Do we know he didn't? My assumption is that he did give Booker a heads up. It would be a big mistake not to.

well I should have known these reactions would be coming in lol

McD obviously will never get the benefit of the doubt around here which is his own doing tbh but weren't most people saying it doesn't make sense keeping Ulis....
The fact that everyone seems to think Booker been blindsided by everything is interesting to say the least
It is assumption and instant indignation. Not a good look.

Well, sports reporting does include a lot of shit-stirring and parroting a lot of rumors.

As we know, LeBron will be signing with the Cavaliers, Lakers, 76ers, Nuggets, Rockets, Yankees and Cowboys soon.

OK, then there's some evidence. Very bad communication skills on McD's part if true. It should have been a no-brainer to give Book a call beforehand.

I checked too. There's no evidence that he has or did except someone else on twitter saying he did. It's not currently listed as a liked tweet on Booker's account.

I can tell you it showed up on my feed because Booker liked it. I don’t follow Espo. I should have taken a screenshot. Believe it or don’t I guess.

Hold on. Just saw that Espo's source was the Sham tweet. When asked for a source, Espo tweeted back: "Based on Shams tweet".

Could have accidentally hit it on his phone and then undid it. Or he meant to do it and realized the optics weren't great and undid it. Either way this is not a great situation imo.
