I'm probably mistaken but didn't LeBron have input over roster decisions with the Cavs when he was 21?

Maybe he didn't proof read his tweet? This isn't some masters thesis, seems a bit ridiculous to complain about a simple grammar error when it's clearly obvious to everyone what he meantSuperbone wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 10:05 pmAs if there is no option to edit your message before sending.Split T wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 9:37 pmWell I have Swype and you're and your are essentially the same motion...my phone picks the wrong one all the time...I guess if he has an iPhone he has no excuseTheOriginalOriginal wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 8:27 pmYoure generally auto corrects to You're, sooooo.......

When I was growing up, my reading material was books, magazines, and newspapers. They had professional editors and used correct spelling and grammar. If I saw a word misspelled, or a bad grammatical construction, it looked wrong, because it wasn’t what I was used to seeing.
Nowadays, reading material consists largely of text messages and social media. I imagine it’s a lot harder to learn to avoid orthographical and grammatical errors when they look so normal.
If you’re an NBA player, you probably have a lot of kids following you on Twitter. Why not take the extra few seconds to set a good example?

I agree with this. Is it silly I get irked by this? Probably. Will it change? Nope.Cap wrote: ↑Wed Jul 11, 2018 10:36 amIt’s kind of a pet peeve of mine, and I’m evidently not alone.Split T wrote: ↑Wed Jul 11, 2018 9:45 amMaybe he didn't proof read his tweet? Re: 2018 Suns Offseason News
I have seen my phone / iPad actively "correct" the right spelling to the wrong one. In particular it is awful about "its" vs "it's". I'll write a sentence like,
Its primary appeal was its price.
And it'll "correct" it to:
It's primary appeal was it's price.
(wrong in both cases!)

I guess that's fair...it's never bothered me, but maybe I grew up too much in the texting era...I'll try not to have bad grammar on here so you guys don't discredit my postsCap wrote: ↑Wed Jul 11, 2018 10:36 amIt’s kind of a pet peeve of mine, and I’m evidently not alone.Split T wrote: ↑Wed Jul 11, 2018 9:45 amMaybe he didn't proof read his tweet? So, how about the Suns? Any news.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

No, the Suns have not signed any gnus.
I’ll forgive your spelling error because gnu is tricky, with a silent g.
Speaking of animals and the Suns (sort of), Koko (the gorilla) passed away a few weeks ago.
