Really wished Ulis worked out here. Had a very promising rookie season I thought.

I think he got a raw deal. He's a good bench PG, and he loved playing here. The injury and the lack of confidence from the coaching staff/GM seems to have done him in.

All things considered, Ayton was underwhelming in summer league. By no means was he bad, though. I was hoping to be wowed, mainly to feel better about going with Ayton number one, but I saw more that validated my original opinion than invalidate it. I don't think there is enough here to draw any negative conclusions, just have to wait and see.
