The Phoenix Suns go to the Mile High City to take on the Denver Nuggets in their home opener. Last we heard, Ayton is questionable after rolling his ankle in practice.

Ayton vs Jokic is going to be fun to watch.

Another good test for Ayton if he plays. Jokic is pretty much the opposite of DAJ in terms of skillset so he may be guarding on the perimeter a bit more.

I really don't get it with the Nuggets. Everyone's so high on them and while I really like Malone, I still don't love their perimeter players like Murray, Harris and Barton. Millsap will be handful for us tho as we don't have a traditional 4. He may eat well tonight.

wasn't the whole thing at Arizona that Ayton played away from the basket more cause he was the more agile of the two centers ?
either way the Joker isn't really a go for 40 type player so I wouldn't worry about that . what happened last season is as a facilitator he had those guys killing us on back cuts, was fairly ridiculous iirc
