I'm not sure I agree. This smells a lot like the Jim Jackson signing waaaay back in the day. Everyone thought he was washed up and he gave the Suns a really good year (before falling off a cliff in the second).

Crawford's a solution for shoring up the bench, though. He's not a starter.

Jackson was 4 years younger then, than Crawford is now. Four years is a LONG time in basketball years, especially when one if under 35 and one is over.

Are you on the Zion train, INF? I am very curious to hear your thoughts about him.

I don't have any deep insights or detailed analysis of him or just about any of the prospects yet, but from what I've seen he really looks like a force who is going to be relentless.
