Not expecting a win tonight, just looking for some solid progress. I want to see a focus from Igor and crew on fundamentals, defensive assignments, executing on offense. We're still a long way off from looking like a competent NBA team.

I'm glad that the Spurs have not been bad this season. I felt bad for how Kawhi forced his way out of there and messed up their team. I was relieved that DeRozan has been so good to start the year; I worried that he would be depressed to be traded out of Toronto. The Spurs deserved for DeMar to be good like this so that they could have a good season and recover from the loss of Kawhi.

You feel bad for the Spurs?! Ah, poor little babies. They can suck a nut for all I care.

He is averaging a TO for every 6:05 of game time. So if he plays 30 minutes tonight, expect 5.

Also, it looks like BB-ref finally fixed their position estimator for the year. Based on that, JJ hasn't played a minute of PG for us, but still has so many damn TOs. Booker and JJ are lead the team (booker in only 4 games!), but at least Book has the excuse of playing 27% of his minutes at PG.

It started to feel that way for me. So I went back and looked. Before we shut him down last year, he played in 76 and 78 games his first 2 years. Even with getting shut down so we could lose more last year, he has missed a total of 40 games out of 252, or about an average of 13 missed games a year. Not too worried about that, considering 18/40 came last year alone.

Compare that to TJ, who we all have said has an injury problem--he has missed 110 out of 334 games possible, for an average of 27 missed games per year.

(I didn't look up injury history, just total games played each season, and it is possible they sat games they were healthy, although few.)
