tj warren should be a Sun for life. He's a better natural scorer than Ceballos.
Oh, and he's the Suns best player, not booker.

Dallas is actually 2-10 on the road, so maybe that explains our two wins against them, lol. It'll be interesting to see what we do in Dallas.

I agree with the middle part. I don't agree that he's better than Booker. TJ is one dimensional. He's scoring and nothing else. Booker can play make a bit some now. Booker doesn't let himself disappear in games where TJ has been known to do that from time to time.
TJs improved his 3 pt shot tremendously so far but I have to have more than 30 games to see if TJ can be consistent with his new found 3 point shot before we even have a conversation comparing he and Booker on who the better scorer is.
Not knocking TJ but if you are asking to compare the 2, scoring in traffic is literally the only thing he does better than Booker.
He is the Lou Williams of forwards, which is not a bad thing.

Barkley just ripped Sarver saying how can Sarver ask for all that money for improvements when he should make improvements to the team. He also said that the recent "false reports" of Sarver moving the team weren't all that false. He said Sarver just didn't say Seattle and Vegas by name but he dis threaten to move.

booker's playmaking doesnt make the team better. especially in terms of wins.djy2j wrote: ↑Thu Dec 13, 2018 11:40 pmI agree with the middle part. I don't agree that he's better than Booker. maybe the threat to move the team out of phx lit a fire under the players collective a.. Could the suns see a two game winning streak?

I enjoyed this one.
Teams I hate and why -
1. Los Angeles Lakers - Kareem, Kobe Bryant, Phil Jackson, their feeling of entitlement
2. Boston Celtics - Red Auerbach
3. Seattle SuperSonics - Jack Sikma, Lonnie Shelton, Gary Payton
4. Dallas Mavericks - Mark Cuban's fanboy behavior
5. Portland Trail Blazers - The Jail Blazer era
6. San Antonio Spurs - Just because they were always kicking our asses (this really applies to the Lakers and Celtics too) - of course now everybody but Dallas does
7. Houston Rockets - Robert Horry, Vernon Maxwell, Sam Cassell and now Chris Paul
8. Utah Jazz - Karl Malone, Karl Malone, Karl Malone

Re: Game Day: Mavericks (15-11) @ Suns (4-24), Thurs 12/13/18
Re-watching the 4th quarter right now. Ayton got called for an offensive foul for pushing his butt into Powell on a post-up. Lol, the refs really treat Ayton like a rookie.
Re: Game Day: Mavericks (15-11) @ Suns (4-24), Thurs 12/13/18
Can anyone explain why the offense never features Ayton and ALWAYS has him set a screen for a pick and roll basically at the free throw line ? It seems so scripted and I feel like he almost never gets the ball off the roll. I think they need to force feed him in the post that’s the weirdest aspect of this offense to me.

Defenses collapse on his rolls. I noticed we tended to hit chandler and now Holmes more on the roll. It’s because teams are worried about Ayton as a lob threat and he gets crowded out a bit. Need to start hitting more 3’s to keep defenders at home.
Re: Game Day: Mavericks (15-11) @ Suns (4-24), Thurs 12/13/18
Yes, and, even if he does get open on the roll, our guards/wings don't usually see him or can't successfully throw the entry pass. Ayton could get the ball on a bunch of those plays if we really had the right players.
Re: Game Day: Mavericks (15-11) @ Suns (4-24), Thurs 12/13/18
He was pretty awful in the first quarter, but so was Bridges. Those two lobs he attempted to Ayton were atrocious. Also, Ayton ran the court hard twice in the 1st quarter and no one found him either time. You have to reward a big man that runs the court.
