Horford just did Boston a huge favor. So is Kyrie.

I don’t know. I’d love to get Horford here to pair with Ayton. They could be interchangeable at 4/5, he’s got range and great defensively.

When do we have to match his new salary versus his old? Can we give them cap relief by trading for someone that is in his current 1.7M range like Okobo who they only have to pay this upcoming season? Or do we have to match his 10.6M number from the upcoming season? Or an average of his new contract's yearly cost?

It seemed inevitable, and this is a good pickup for the Jazz. Something that they really needed. It didn't seem like a great deal for the Grizz, but I think they are tanking pretty hard next year to keep their pick.
