Yeah, if you are going to pay him 50 million dollars for 2 years of mediocre play, those first two years at 50 million have to be to put you over the top.

So pelicans clear space and add 3 more picks. Really nice for them. Gotta think Hunter or Culver goes 4. Does Garland make it to 6 now?

With Sexton there? I don’t know. They could trade with Bulls and pick up an asset and get a better fit(Culver)

I would have kept #4. If I was the Pels I would have tried to actually trade up for Barrett or simply take Culver, who fits nicely alongside Zion, JRue, Lonzo and Ingram.

Apparently Atlanta is sending New Orleans another pick in 2020. New Orleans is having one of the better off seasons in recent memory.
