It would get us to over 32 million in cap space. Stretch/waive Johnson and you’re close to 42 million. We don’t need any more rookies.

Ya were at the point where stretching and waiving Tyler gives us max cap space. For the Kawhi, Kyrie, kemba group...not Durant though.
Re: Suns News: 2019 Off-Season
Which means we can offer a max deal to someone without any cooperation from another team.

That is crazy. Just trade the Mil pick with Jackson, imo. Although, if you did trade the #6 pick, it would free up between $3-$4 mil extra. Not saying they should do that though.

This is absurd. You don't trade anything of value to dump Jackson. If nobody wants to take a flyer for free, just stretch him and move on. Thinking about using #6 for that is ill.In2ition wrote: ↑Thu Jun 20, 2019 2:58 pmThat is crazy. Just trade the Mil pick with Jackson, imo. Now that we have a max slot within our control (stretching Johnson), we better at least offer a max deal to the 3 max point guards (Kyrie, Kemba, DLo), and see if we can get one to come here.
My best guess though is that we already know via Booker that DLo is coming, which explains all of our moves.

Gambo says Russell is still NOT an option for the Suns. Lol. Someone has to be lying to him, right???

Re: Suns News: 2019 Off-Season
What do you think if the Suns go after Brogdan and offer the Mil pick back to Mil to not match?

Don’t want Brogdon. Injury issues and he is not really a point guard.

Yeah, don't think they can do that, right? Maybe they do a sign and trade, but then we have to send them back 27M in salary and their pick.

Reports that Bulls will offer Brogdon 80 million (about what we could offer as of now).

If we have the cap space we can do a sign-and-trade where we only send them a pick.

Isn't this exactly what we did with Atl for Joe Johnson?JeremyG wrote: ↑Thu Jun 20, 2019 4:16 pmIf we have the cap space we can do a sign-and-trade where we only send them a pick.

Sort of but they sent us back a little salary (Boris Diaw).In2ition wrote: ↑Thu Jun 20, 2019 4:19 pmIsn't this exactly what we did with Atl for Joe Johnson?JeremyG wrote: ↑Thu Jun 20, 2019 4:16 pmIf we have the cap space we can do a sign-and-trade where we only send them a pick.Indy wrote: ↑Thu Jun 20, 2019 4:14 pmYeah, don't think they can do that, right?
