Who will be the first player not to bring up a parent? Are any guys in the green room orphans?

Who's going to be the first talking head to criticize these kids and "their generation" for crying and being too soft?

Not everyone they introduced had parents with them.

I watched the intros and I think only the big foreign guy is the only one who isn't accompanied by a parent.

DeAndre Hunter picked 4th. He'll go to Atlanta. Solid choice for them and their young roster.

I really don't like how the NBA does this stuff when everyone knows there's a trade. I get the technicalities, but it's super awkward.

Being about as old as some of the players dads is a little jarring for me.
Once Vince and Dirk retire, I will be older than any active player in the NBA. Oof.

I have Vince by a year. I am 21 years older than Booker, to the day

Even a dead parent makes the interview stage. They can't lose tonight.

Cavs pick Garland at 5. No big surprises yet.
