It made for an awkward initial press conference with the Utah j***, but the locals were curiously intrigued.
Edit: Oh, com'on. We can't type j***?

So Monty only guaranteed three starting spots: Rubio, Ayton, and Booker. He said the rest of the rotation will be up for grabs and players will have to compete with each other.

Re: Suns sign Rubio
We pretty much only have 1 PF in Saric right?

Re: Suns sign Rubio
We’ve got Frank as well. We could also choose to go with Bridges and Oubre both as starters.

And way down the depth chart, Spalding.

That’s if we bring him back. We declined his team option, but I’d guess he ends up taking our 15th roster spot.

He looks like he's put on some muscle, which was his main problem. He was pretty active and played well against Memphis.

Re: Suns sign Rubio
Yea Spalding looked good yesterday. Forgot about Frank already but if he beats out Saric for the starting 4 spot, I'm calling it a season early.
I don't want to see Oubre or Bridges starting at the 4 either. They're 3s. In some smallball lineups that's cool, but not starting.

Ya I’d be real surprised if it’s not Saric at the 4, just stating the possibilities.

I forgot how incendiary that letter was. What a ridiculous thing for an owner to write.
Re: Suns sign Rubio
This entitled billionaire lucked into getting (arguably) the greatest basketball player of all time, couldn't build a contender around him for 7 years, then writes that letter when he chooses to work somewhere else. crazy.
Re: Suns sign Rubio
LOL, this is what Rubio looks like in 2K. Should he sue them for this ugly ass character appearance?

If there was ever a person who should NOT wear a beard, it's Ricky Rubio. That greasy hair/beard combo makes him look like a homeless dude at the park.
