I know I'm taking it way too seriously but I really hope WIllis and Palmer don't get more PT. They're both awful. Hoping to see more Lecque, Okobo and Spalding. Also don't think we've seen Cooks, Owens or Salt, all of whom I thought would be the better players on the team.

Lecque hit two free throws at the end to give us the win

So we can’t get into the tournament because of the earthquake?

That true? Better than 16 teams there atm. Seems we'd qualify.

It’s only the top 8 teams:
The event opens with all 32 teams playing four preliminary games each. The top eight teams are then seeded in a tournament, which culminates with a Championship Game on July 15 at 9 p.m. ET on ESPN2. Teams that do not qualify for the tournament will each play a consolation game. Every team will play at least five games and as many as seven at MGM Resorts NBA Summer League.

Suns win a nail biter to end the preliminary round 2-1. Nice steal to seal the victory after Lecque’s go ahead free throws.

What is his vertical?? He makes that look way to easy.
Edit: Found it - 35” standing vertical jump and a 43” maximum vertical jump

Lecque is basically the opposite of everyone else Jones has brought in this offseason.

I think he was brought in to balance out the lack of athleticism on the roster now. Not as bad now that Kelly has re-signed but it was leaning towards a certain kind of player.

43" was best at the combine this year.

No much to write home about from last night's game IMO. I turned it off at the end of the 3rd and missed the ending. No one really stands out or does anything particularly well. Really sucks not having draft picks out there to watch.

Can you imagine how much fun it would have been with Ayton/Bridges/Cam/Jerome?

I will say it is easier to get excited about potential when its an undrafted rookie instead of the #4, 4, 5, and 8th pick.

I would've settled for Cam and Ty.

I wonder if SL will end up just becoming later picks and UDFAs in the future, with top guys sitting or just playing the 1st game.

People will stop going. They need get this under control in a hurry. No excuse for our two first rounds not to be playing. League needs to fix this.
