Having the Spurs at 3 in Hoopshabit after beating NY by 9 and Washington by 2 points seems wild. Idk if I would put the Suns at 4 though. Looking at how the team is playing, how they are made up, who they are playing against and the results make me question ESPN's "experts".

Some of those rankings are pretty garbage. But to be fair it's not really possible to do power rankings after 2-3 games.
