Lonzo signed with klutch. No chance of getting him now
Sarver is such an idiot for painting himself into that corner. There are going to be more and more players and more and more coaches signing with Klutch as the yrs go by. Are you(Sarver) going to shun them all?

Didn't see this posted and not sure how reputable he is but we're mentioned as a potential trade partner for CP3. Would imagine Rubio and Oubre as a starting point if we kick the tires? Monty also coached him in NOLA so there's at least a connection there but something tells me Scoop is more or less connecting dots and throwing stuff out there to see if it sticks.

Uh no.

We have no bad contracts (Rubio doesn’t even come close) to send back, and unless we’re getting some unprotected or lightly protected firsts back (multiple), I’m not interested in taking up all our cap space on him.
I’m not even very interested in the picks, unless we’re flipping them.

Everyone flocked to David Falk and his agency when Jordan was playing. Now most people don't even remember his name. I think the same thing will happen to Klutch once LeBron retires.

Got it. I would bet we are still several years away from him retiring unless there is some crazy injury. He needs 166 games at this year's scoring average to pass Kareem for #1 all time.

You may be right, but it feels like he is really trying to build an agency that is self-sufficient for yrs to come.

No on Lonzo. You need to be a shooter as a pg in this league.

This was a crazy game. Mercury down double digits all game and fought back in the 4th for it to end like this.

Nice. Both Phoenix teams with buzzer beaters in the bubble.
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

37% from 3 is good. But 56% at the line and 40% from the field? If you watch his game, he’s miles away from being a winning starter on a playoff team. I wish him well but I’d pass.

Just saw the All Rookie Teams were announced:

https://www.nba.com/article/2020/09/15/ ... al-release

I'm biased, but I thought Cam should have definitely made the 2nd team. I feel like he had a better season than either Rui or PJ Washington. I'd even put him in there over Coby White, though I know they try to make the teams balanced position wise.

He didn't get as many votes because he came on later in the year and in the bubble. Hard to compare him to Rui, PJ or Coby because they're all different players. I like all of those guys and would've been just as happy with any of them on the team, but Cam just feels right and fits in so well. RJ Barrett had very good numbers on a bad Knicks team and didn't make 1st or 2nd team and MPJ's looked like a stud at times and didn't get many votes either. Won't lose any sleep over it.

40% from the field because most of his attempts are from three. His 2P% of .442 is no great shakes, but it’s better than Rubio’s.

I can’t argue with those numbers. I don’t know why he’s such a bad FT shooter

The All-NBA teams were just released:

https://www.nba.com/article/2020/09/16/ ... al-release

I get that Booker didn't make any of the teams, and I think that's defensible even if I don't agree, but how did he not get a single vote? That's crazy to me.
