Re: Around the League: Offseason
Wonder if this could be holding up some deals, in general.

Re: Around the League: Offseason
Another survey from the NBA today to season ticket holders. Asked about if you would be willing to go get tested within 48 hours before a game to show you are covid -, or if you would be willing to be tested at the arena 2 hours before game time, or if you would go if there was no food or drink served. Lots of stuff like that.
Re: Around the League: Offseason
That's really interesting. My guess is that almost all of these questions will get a pretty negative response. People don't like being forced to do things like get tests and show up early or things of that nature. And this has become a politically polarized topic. I'll be curious to hear what measures they think are acceptable and which ones they think are too unpopular to implement.Indy wrote: ↑Sat Nov 14, 2020 3:32 pmAnother survey from the NBA today to season ticket holders. Re: Around the League: Offseason
I think this is the 3rd one I got. The questions changed a bit (all the ones about testing were new). I didn't mention the questions about "where do you get your news" and "do you trust your local government or federal government about covid info" and a couple others that were similar.Mori Chu wrote: ↑Sat Nov 14, 2020 3:44 pmThat's really interesting. They asked that? That is v. interesting. That’s basically like asking your political affiliation.Indy wrote: ↑Sat Nov 14, 2020 5:02 pmI think this is the 3rd one I got. Re: Around the League: Offseason
We may need a new thread for these? A Woj Thread??
Re: Around the League: Offseason
That’s a really good move for the Lakers
Re: Around the League: Offseason
Isn’t Danny green expiring?
Re: Around the League: Offseason
Does somebody know, are they going to play a full 82 games, or are they cutting some games off the schedule?
Re: Around the League: Offseason
I imagine they'll use Green initially for some veteran leadership and then try and flip him to a contender for more assets?
Re: Around the League: Offseason
Yeah. If they knew they weren't/couldn't resign Schroder, then getting a pick for him and then being able to flip Green for another pick at the deadline, they basically turned a dead asset into 2 picks.
