Who wants to pay him? and I know I am running on no sleep today, but why did they have to sign people to do a 'sign and trade" for a guy they currently have under contract? What am I missing?

Depends what else they are going to do with it. If they didn't see anyone that they could get for part of it, might not hurt.

Well nothing is official yet, they can always switch and have Denver sign first and trade for Griffin

I was totally thinking Plumlee was on a different team than Grant. Totally get it now. I picture him in a Portland uni for some reason.
