Around the League: Week 11 3/1-3/7
Re: Around the League: Week 11 3/1-3/7
The nets can offer him the most because of their player exception for Dinwiddie. So most likely them or Miami as he could be a starter their IMO.

I thought that in a buyout situation, any new contract the guy signs just gives money to the previous team. Is that wrong? Like if he signed with the Nets for less than his bought-out Pistons salary, the Nets contract money would just offset the equivalent amount from the Pistons and would cause the Pistons to pay less.

Welcome, BAMF! Good time to be a Suns fan!
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

No I think Blake can double down on whatever he signs for. Gets paid by both.
Re: Around the League: Week 11 3/1-3/7
Yeah, that is how I understood it, too. He agreed to take less than his guaranteed salary, if he got to sign a new contract. They are not related.

What should I do if I'm already having NBA withdrawal symptoms?
Send me a PM if you're interested in joining the phx-suns.net fantasy basketball league.

Indy Knows!!! Its me BAMF from back in the day my friends.... Like over 10 years ago easy. I used to make the Sam Cassel Admiral Akbar Memes Xman was my avatar. If you all remember. I left because my email account was removed by the provider and I forgot my password or something. This was right after one of the regulars had passed away.

Small world BAMF. Man, it's been ages! I remember when you used to cut my hair way out in Mesa when I went to Mesa Community College, we talked Suns one day and by some tiny miracle, we both were regulars on this site. Holy crap dude! How have you been?BAMF wrote: ↑Fri Mar 05, 2021 6:28 pmIndy Knows!!! Its me BAMF from back in the day my friends.... Like over 10 years ago easy. What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Wow that was almost 20 years ago good memory. I haven't done hair forever I went back into IT after the 2008 crash had to feed my self. How have you been where are you living now. Im even more east bought a place in Gilbert in 2004.
Just so you all of you know I'm not fair weather I have been to Suns games in the meantime even when they were losing and was just getting so ticked off at Mcdumby and many of their draft pics like skipping Capela for a 4th guard. And getting a Twin for their center as I am an anti twin athlete believer. yutta yutta...

I'm good! I'm in IT as well. Been working with the ServiceNow platform for awhile. About to start a new role as a Solutions Architect remotely for a company out of Boston. Living in the Moon Valley area, a bit centrally located. Wow. Small world for sure.

I guess that is one way to read what she says...
"Whenever we say 'nationalism,' the first thing people think about, at least in America, is Hitler. You know, he was a national socialist, but if Hitler just wanted to make Germany great and have things run well, OK, fine."
Re: Around the League: Week 11 3/1-3/7
Was that MEE that passed away about that time? Seems about right. I miss the sense of community she brought to the (old) site.BAMF wrote: ↑Fri Mar 05, 2021 6:28 pmIndy Knows!!! Wow, okay. Why don’t you look at the rest of the quote and later on where she said Hitler was a mass-murderer. What she actually said was Hitler wanting make Germany great again( because of the Treaty of Versailles following WW1) it would have been okay. But Hitler went off the rails and decided he wanted more than that. He wanted world domination and no Jews. And that wasn’t okay. You’re better than that Indy. At least I thought so.Indy wrote: ↑Fri Mar 05, 2021 10:22 pmI guess that is one way to read what she says...
