Game Day: Hornets (3-5) @ Suns (5-3), Fri 11/14/14

Post by Superbone »

Time: 7:00 pm Arizona (6:00 pm PT/9:00 pm ET)
Place: US Airways Center, Phoenix, AZ
TV: FSAZ, NBALP

This is our get away game. We can't let down against the road-winless (0-4) Hornets. Let's please start off well defensively for once and not have to rely on a comeback. Big Al Jefferson has always given us problems.

Go Suns!!!

For a minute I was thinking about how we should try to stop The Brow. But then I remembered that he plays for the Pelicans, not the Hornets. Sigh. My wires are all crossed on those two teams. I think the Hornets are an interesting but flawed / beatable team. Their shooting has been pretty bad, and Lance Stephenson hasn't been very good for them so far. Al Jefferson is a big beast, but I think we can take these guys by packing the paint.

Hornets just lost a heartbreaker to Portland in which they blew at 23pt lead.

Their one of my sleepers in the east to grab a top 4 seed. I like Kemba, Al if he stays healthy, and I think if they can keep Lances head on straight he'll give them a nice 3rd scorer. Tonight, however I fully expect us to win. We've won 5 in a row vs them...

We better take off fast and not look back. I can so see this turning into a 5 point game all night just to see drop or, or kill ourselves to win it.

Wow, tons of injuries for them tonight. No excuses and no letdowns. Got to put away a wounded team like this.

The Suns will give the Hornets such a bad ass whooping that they will rip a temporary hole in time and space and the Hornets will for a split second become the Bobcats again then become the original Hornets then back to the current day Hornets. It’s totally gonna be cray.

Been too busy lately to post, but watching all the games. Let's not play down to these wounded guys and just take care of business early.... Ya, who am I kidding. Let's at least pull it out in the end at least.

I love how Len is showing promise at defending the paint even though he fouled there.

That Len step backgets me out of my chair every time.

I wonder how close to the rafters the ball gets before Len releases that jumper - the extension is unreal.
