It’s still way early in Bridges career. He’s has evolved every year. One thing Bridges has over Marion is his ability to take create his own shot. Every once i. awhile Marion would try it and fail. He was king at running on the fast break and finishing. He rebounded great and defended great. He was pretty good at 3pt shooting. He was great at slashing and getting the ball for a dunk. You couldn’t give him the ball out at the three point line and tell him to take his man off the dribble though. Bridges is already a lot better than Marion at that. They are two different players. Marion was a stud and had a long career. Bridges is just starting his hey day.

I’d say Bridges might even have the advantage when comparing their first 3 years in the league.

They're both versatile, elite defenders. I think that's pretty much where the similarities between them ends.

Love Mikal, it’s simply way too early to try and compare him to Shawn. Marion was a legit #2 on playoff teams and an overqualified #3. Mikal has not made it to Shawns level yet. As good as Mikal is on D, Shawn was just as good, if not better. More versatile for sure. Shawn was better on offense too, a 20/10 lock.

That only happened once in his 16 years, but he came close a couple more times.

They both score most of their points without any plays being run for them. That may start changing for Mikal, but the first 3 years it is very similar.

He used to have a fat face and now it's incredibly skinny as is his neck.

Devin Booker is in his 7th season, but the only guys on the team younger than him are Shamet, DA and Jalen Smith--All of those guys COMBINED have played 7 seasons.
