They seem to be even better this year. With reasonable health, there may only be one team with a chance of stopping them from returning to the Finals — and they just beat them.
I have said this several times before, but there isn't a better NBA writer out there than Nekias. And I don't mean story teller, I mean analyst that writes.
The only one better for me would be David Nash, but he ONLY does Suns stuff.
Then again, Lebron isn't playing and Kawhi is still out. We just saw a classic Tuesday night so ESPN almost had to switch the game they were going to broadcast.

The Lakers getting the prime time boot for the Suns Warriors game? What a shame….those poor Lakers.
In four years, you don’t have to vote again. We’ll have it fixed so good, you’re not gonna have to vote.

It only makes sense that they’d want to show the two best teams in the league instead of two .500 ball clubs.
"Too little, too late, too unbothered."
- Phoenix Suns 2023-2024 season motto.
The Suns got 18 wins in a row and got to the top of the standings. They got hit with a little adversity with Booker going down, a back to back against the best team in the nba at home wanting revenge and Bridges getting banged up. Only having two games in a week is a just the thing to get a little rest, retool and hit the reset button.

Important what Monty says here about having guys who understand how to play/what questions to ask. People complain about draft picks and 2-ways, but as a team we're just not in a place where we can wait on 18-19 yr olds to "get it", spend entire practices explaining things to them or waiting a few years for their bodies to get stronger. It might seem shortsighted, but that's the reality of our team.
