Willie Green comes back to Phoenix, this time in a head coach capacity, to lead the young upstart Pelicans against the number 1 seeded Phoenix Suns in the Western Conference’s Round 1 of the 2022 NBA Playoffs. Green brings insider knowledge of the Suns locker room after being an assistant coach in Phoenix last season during their improbable run to the NBA Finals. This year the Suns have championship experience on their side.

He will be able to describe just how excited the Suns locker room will be after they beat the Pelicans.
In four years, you don’t have to vote again. We’ll have it fixed so good, you’re not gonna have to vote.
It made me smile that you created this thread roughly one nanosecond after the Pels won their play-in game. I'll elaborate on my predictions for the playoffs in the other thread, but I think that in general we will stomp the Pels. Nice young team, good for them to get some playoff experience, but we are in another league. I think with our fresh legs we come out strong, win this one, and handily win the series, too.
The Pelicans are solid and well coached. We cannot take them lightly. This is not an easy first round series. Ingram was suddenly looking like the second coming of Kevin Durant last night. He will be tough to contain. But yes, our experience and deeper team will win out. I just hope it doesn't go too many games.
Anybody know what the alternate channel is for TNT if the games overlap? I noticed there was a lot of that today. In fact one game didn’t end until a half hour into the next game broadcast and they started showing it on ESPN 2. Does TNT do something similar? I set up a recording on TBS too just in case but it currently shows something else.
This series will be a battle. Ingram can be unstoppable offensively and the Pels are deeper than most Suns fans realize. I'm expecting everyone will hate Jose Alvarado by the time Game 1 is finished.
I believe in The Fellas. I'm hyped. LFG.

My general take on this series is that the Pelicans will compete hard against us every game but won't actually WIN many of those games. They'll be right in it at the end of each game, but we'll work some clutch-time magic to beat them by 2-3 points every time or whatever. So it'll be a 4 or 5-game series but we'll say, "it was closer than it seemed!" etc.

I think it used to be USA. Not sure if it still is.

GAME DAY! LET'S ROCK!
Nah, we're gonna destroy them every single game and sweep the series.

Thanks. I'll be on the lookout.
In recent years they have been using truTV or TBS.
