Wow, that was a total shellacking! None of the stars showed up until Paul sort of at the end. What was that? Makes me wonder what was going on behind closed doors the last several days. They haven’t been themselves mentally.
In four years, you don’t have to vote again. We’ll have it fixed so good, you’re not gonna have to vote.

So we’re just fucking frauds

Franchise record 64 wins

Best record in league by far

Best clutch team

Best road record

Coach of the year.

All a fucking joke.
Apparently so. Something happened at the regular season and we were never the same since.

Outstanding coaching job by Monty. Get blown to smitherines in 4 of 5 games without any adjustments on offense, defense, starting unit, etc. bravo.

You cannot just let Ayton walk. That’s insanity.

This is probably the worst half of basketball I've seen a team play in a game 7. The coaching staff n the players...I'm not sure what the game plan was n I'm not sure what the players thought but im pretty embarrassed right now. I'm also a penguins fan n I'm watching 2 game 7s n the suns have been scared...plain n simple
There is no probably about it. It was a record breaking home team loss in a game 7.

Anybody still wanna max Sheandre?

I believe this game is gonna cause some chaos in the off-season, I just hope it's not going to be irreparable, it's bad enough we have no draft capital to build around Booker and Bridges.
You got your wish. It will be interesting for sure.

Happened last year too, just too loyal to his rotations

You can't pin this on one player or coach, this was an organizational meltdown.

You could see it coming, especially after they pissed Luka off after game 5. He doesn't need that sort of rustling.

Like we talked about, this feels much worse than last year. This year we peaked with about a month to go in the regular season and then we fell off hard. We were not ourselves since then. Last year we were peaking in the playoffs.

Like, even in other games where we've been down, you could at least hope they would go into halftime and talk it over, change their game plan. There's literally nothing they could do to fix this game. I can't remember a Suns elimination game being over at halftime in my life.
There hasn’t been. We’ve hit a new low.

If Paul has been hurt, then ya that’s a big time Monty mistake to just play him.
Yep, that’s on Monty.

I really want more on this Monte/Ayton confrontation. Ayton only played 17 minutes in the game. Booker, Bridges and Paul all played over 30.
Yea....internal such as he wasn't playing hard enough or internal such as he was benched for actions/attitude?
“Kobe had said (after the play) I wasn’t hugged enough as a child,” Bell recalled. “My mom kind of found him after the instance and we had beat them and offered him a hug in the bowels of the Phoenix arena. She really feels a part of that story.”

I mean, I was too (to a certain extent). But there's no way you can tell me that any part of you expected *this* 😬
Prepared for and expected are different. Game 4 is actually when I started to get worried. They had just been punked in Game 3 and were antipathetic to effort in Game 4.
If you think about it, it went back to the Pelican’s series.
