I think it is a lot more about management of existing resources. The Bobster wrote: ↑Thu Sep 29, 2022 2:06 pmWelcome to the free marketplace and a lesson in supply and demand.

Yeah, fine, but did he talk to him?

Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

Did anyone else notice that Monty didn't say one word to Ayton? They CLEARLY hate each other!

Re: All Things Ayton
I’m sure I’m overreacting, but every time they show Ayton in these videos, his dribbling looks totally mechanical and all of his moves are away from contact.

Re: All Things Ayton
It would be an overreaction to assume all of that would change over the span of a few months.
He’s not going to develop skills that quickly, but we need to see him aggressively trying to do it in games. I also think the ship has sailed when it comes to drawing contact from defenders.

Re: All Things Ayton
How are these moves away from contact? Just because there weren't any defenders on the court?

They've been posting them for a few days. Watch all of the ones where he's going 1-on-1 against Mark Bryant or the other bigs. It's all finesse stuff and fadeaways. Never trying to put a guy into the basket after a pump-fake.
Re: All Things Ayton
Those first ones from Wednesday are bound to draw contact.
