Nice game for Saric. Shot is coming back. Timing still a bit off, but he's getting there.

Why did we take DWJ out? He should be out there right now in a blowout. Instead Okogie is playing point?
Yeah, weird decision. Maybe just rewarding Okogie his great night? You could’ve took Lee out and just left in DWJ still tho.
Ya I would’ve left Okogie in and sat Lee.
I think Washington must have done something to piss off Monty. That was a weirdly quick hook to put in Biz who didn’t make sense with the lineup that was out there.

Also, I think Monty took that late timeout to allow the Spurs to take out Vassell, who was hobbling a little. Classy move.

He was maybe upset about the possession SA got like 3 offensive rebounds, but not sure why that’s on DWJ

17 points for Dario! Wow. Now we must fulfill his destiny by trading him to the Spurs. They'll love his veteran presence and shooting. I also enjoyed seeing Landale have a strong game against his former team. But he made a 3, which will probably cause him to chuck up 10 more bad ones in the next few games. Lotta guys had nice stats: 25 and 10 for Ayton, 20 points for Bridges, 8 points on 3-3 shooting for Wainwright.

Nice to have a game where we could rest our starters for the 4th quarter for once. Man the Spurs are bad. I realized I couldn't name a single player on their team before the game started. I hope they get a high lotto pick because it sucks seeing them be bad and irrelevant.

I guess nobody is watching? I'm going to start watching now.
I’m watching. Solid game all around so far.
Yep, just finished. Other than the slow start, solid game from start to finish. Even the bench extended the lead. We were up by 40 at one point and 30 in the first half.

I guess Booker got wind that Kendall has been spotted spending time with Harry Styles recently. Not having a good game. Lots of missed.

Ayton looking good, however.
Booker has had 300+ straight 40pt games in a row. He’s due for a quiet night ;)

*watch Booker finish with 30 or something lol
Nope. A measly 20 points and 8 assists in 27 minutes.

Suns having one of this 3pt games where they can’t miss. 8-)
Well, to the Spurs credit, a lot of them were wide open.

Dario still knows how to play…shot looks ok. Just needs to get the athleticism back.
Uh, yeah. I don’t think that is happening.

Refs blowing too many whistles for a blowout…just let them play
The Spurs announcers were complaining about the stoppages. They just wanted the game to be over. Can you blame them?

Bridges on fire! Ayton has looked good! Okogie having his best game as a suns player.
Six threes had to be Bridges career high, right?

ETA: I looked it up. I was surprised to learn that he had made 6 three times previously. So he tied it anyway.

Dario never really had great athleticism.
He does have court smarts ... just needs to get confidence and timing back. This game helps.

glad to see Dario has a pulse still... I thought he was washed last game... so maybe just needs a bit of consistency to build himself back up.
Until we get a PF in a trade we're gonna need him to work some form in.

Much needed blowout. We responded like usual. The Spurs are bad and we were hitting our 3s. The starters got some rest before the big SEGABABA tomorrow vs Dallas. Loved to see Mikal slinging it from 3 and not having to do too much extra on the knee. DA stayed active and kept it up going to the basket and controlling the boards. Dario hitting his shots is a big boost for us. 38 assists on 49 makes and 19 threes overall is pretty good offense.

Monty used Landale ahead of Biz today and it worked better in the 2nd quarter with guys like Shamet, Lee, Okogie and Ish. Just better ball movement and helped extend the lead before the starters came back. Shamet hitting 3s is a big difference maker too, obviously.

Monty kept Okogie in with the starters and he was a good fit, doing some Torrey Craig like things and playing bigger than he is. Playing with the starters, you don't worry about his offense and can hide him a bit. But even some of his slower, more deliberate drives/eurosteps are a good sign he's working on things and trying them in games to get better. He does a lot of good things when he plays, even with the lack of consistent offense.

Glad they took care of business and didn't look past this one.

I really don’t think Landale chucks bad 3 pointers. He isn’t making them but he seems to be pretty good with his shot selection. I don’t remember any shot he took where I screamed no no no to my screen.

Also the Spurs are missing 3-4 of their top rotation players. They aren’t good with them, but they also aren’t *this* bad when they have all their guys.
