We really need a backup center. A 6-8 Biyombo is not cutting it against guys like Valanciunas.
I feel like this is an overreaction.
It’s unfortunate for this specific game but not a real problem when Ayton is healthy…and we have bigger problems than Biyombo not having the size to defend Valunciunas if Ayton isn’t healthy come playoff time.
Are you now admitting that Ayton is not easily replaceable? :P

But yeah I'm just talking about having a big body (that's taller than 6-8) on the roster who can be that banger against taller/bigger centers. It could certainly help in regular season games like this, especially when we are shorthanded.
Well Biyombo is 3rd string vet min C, so it’s not necessarily something to be proud of that Ayton can’t be easily replaced by him.

The Pels are one team where Ayton’s size is very helpful. There still are other times when Biyombo(with a better CP3) can replace Ayton offensively(At least the non aggressive version of Ayton). We could really use an offensively engaged Ayton in this game though.

Well hopefully this means Devin's slump is over. Still waiting on Jeremy to post his stats for the game.

For all the talk of James Jones overvaluing shooters, it's crazy how often we suck at shooting or field lineups with 3-4 non-shooters (Chris Paul included).

Well right now we’re missing 2 of our best shooters…I don’t think we’ll regularly see a lot of lineups with less than 3 shooters.

But pretty blatant foul that didn’t get called for Booker too, so it evens out
Eh. EJ was right. It wasn't a foul, but they gave that call to a lot of scorers. Booker ran into the defender; the defender didn't run into him. Harden does that a lot and gets the call, so Book wants it too.
Most offensive players get that call
Book got the call that time

That wasn’t a foul on Landry but the flop was bad enough that I won’t complain haha

Ball don't lie. Terrible call that they need to get out of the game.

I would like to see him shoot more corner 3's than the top-of-the-key 3s.

Bench players are getting their chance with the multiple injured players missing.
Outside of Okogie, none are impressing much. Lee has been erratic over the last few games.
Well, so much for hopes and dreams ...

I would have no problem with that, but if they’re gonna call it for some guys, they need to call it for everyone
