The problem is that Crowder is a guy you trade for if you want to win now. Usually the way you make trades is by finding a team whose needs are different from yours; specifically, a team that wants to win now vs. one that wants to acquire picks and prospects to win later. We want to trade Crowder, but we also want to win now, so we're trying to find another win-now team that we can somehow dupe into giving us a good player for Crowder. That's hard to find.
That’s why most trades being discussed are 3 team ones and probably why we haven’t been able to make one work. Should be easier if we decide to just focus on the future.
They are getting it to him though. Jeremy should be happy. He’s not getting a great whistle…seems like tbeh could’ve called a foul on 1-2 of his misses
He did get beat up a bit with no calls. But he also rushed some shots.

Ayton is the empty calorie hooper that people think Booker was.
If Booker wasn't able to carry a team by himself, why should we expect Ayton to?
Seems as though Booker has been carrying the team.
Now I do not expect Ayton to carry this team, he doesn't have that skill set, but I did expect a nice bump to his numbers given his athletic gifts but yet, here we are.

I'm talking about his first five years in the league, he wasn't able to carry the team to the playoffs. Thus people said he was an empty stats guy.

Those first 5 years had the worst talent, coaching, GM and so on in the league. But go on.
And how were the players Ayton was playing with in the last game better than what Booker had?
They're still in the league?
Lol. He had Oubre and Ayton and Bridges and still only won 19 games in 2019.
This is a bit silly. Those guys were like 22 years old that year. And nobody was able to run the offense. That team had Ryan Anderson, Trevor Ariza, Tyson Chandler, and various other bantha fodder on it. That team was not anywhere near ready to be good yet.

I've finally given up on Jeremy, he's a lost cause when it comes to Ayton. Ayton could literally poop at half court and Jeremy would blame the court for being in the way.

My point is that Ayton is not playing with more talent than Booker had. Who does he have out there with him that's actually a good player? Half a Mikal?

We know your point. It’s been the same broken record of excuses for the last 3 years. On and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and…
