I’ve kinda soured on FVV…he is just so bad at anything that isn’t a jump shot and I wouldn’t want to pay him the salary he apparently wants

You don’t think it’s the change in their offense? I don’t watch a lot of Raptors ball but seems like a lot has changed offensively for the team and he’s being asked to do different things now. The narrative was flipped whereas Siakam was criticized, now Siakam is getting more what he wants and they’re losing. Anyway that’s my cursory take. I’d be glad to see him play alongside Book. He would get great looks in our offense the way defenses have to focus on Book and Ayton.

Book is awesome, but Mitchell has played more and he has been better this year, even if just slightly. I’d vote Mitchell for just this season too. He’s 29/5/4 on a .630 TS% and he’s playing D
