Uh oh, CP3 rubbing that heel

I’ll forgive it since he’s drilling everything else in OTWally_West wrote: ↑Sat Jan 28, 2023 8:31 pmMikal pulling an Ayton by missing a free throw in the clutch.

I really like Poetl. Very unexciting player but just smart and solid and knows what to do. Only has 8 points, but he also had 13 boards, 6 assists (!), and 3 blocks.

Mikal and Ayton need to swap contracts.

Wow, Bridges! I've been complaining about him down the stretch but he's coming through tonight!

He's very solid. Will be interesting to see the contracts he's offered this summer.

Mikal kinda cooked him though in OT

I know what you're saying. But if Mikal were making the max, people would be yelling at him, too. I love love love me some Mikal Bridges, but he hasn't been reliable enough as a scorer to merit a max contract. His growth at ballhandling and scoring this season has been encouraging, though.

I was (mostly) joking, but you hit the point that at least Mikal is showing progression this year while Ayton has been stagnant at best.Mori Chu wrote: ↑Sat Jan 28, 2023 8:37 pmI know what you're saying. Those things that the Suns announcers said about Pop's ability to get his players to play hard every night were not passed on to Monty.

Ya Mikal isn’t a max player either, but he’d get less crap because you can at least fall back on him playing hard every minute

Suns win! Great throwback game from CP3 with 31, 11, and 7. Wow. Bridges was great with 25 points, basically carrying us in OT. Ayton did some Aytony things, but he did chip in 23 and 8. Cam Johnson had 15 points and hit three 3s. I thought Saben Lee did a nice job at PG off the bench, and Biyombo also gave us some good energy in his minutes.

How come nobody gives Fowl crap for literally having a Popovich avatar?

41 minutes, 1 rebound.
He's got his warts too.

I think we can overlook just one rebound when he put the team on his back for the win.

You're off the hook. Mori? Not so much. And the answer to your question is no. We beat the Spurs in OT on January 28th, 2023.Wally_West wrote: ↑Sat Jan 28, 2023 8:30 pmI think Mori deserves blame for this exchange more than me

Rebounding is everybody's job, expecially since they don't have a real PF.Split T wrote: ↑Sat Jan 28, 2023 9:03 pmRebounding isn’t his job
