Losing Bridges hurts so much. Woj said they were trying figure out a way to do the deal without but Ishbia pushed to get this done.
It does hurt. It hurts even more hearing that. We basically traded our two best wings for the best wing in the game (when healthy). Well, that plus a crap ton of 1st round draft picks.

Mikal seemed like he had no clue last night. What makes it so painful is that he wanted to stay a Sun so badly.

Did they at least tell him at some point before it happened? I hope?

I have to wonder if James just couldn’t pull the trigger on it and that’s why it didn’t happen in the summer. Until Mat put the proverbial gun to his head lol.

I believe Ishbia will be the type to buy picks if they see a guy they want.

I would liked to snag O’Neale back in the trade…we need a 5th starter still…let’s see what we do there. Don’t want to start Craig in the playoffs.

I can't remember the last time I was simultaneously ecstatic and depressed about a Suns deal.
Haha, I'm exactly the same. I've been waiting for something to happen and had a hunch we'd get KD in the end, but giving up Bridges is a gut punch.

Hopefully we'll address our defensive shortcomings in a deal for Crowder, otherwise this feels like too big of a gamble.
I really thought we'd see one more (failed) run with the same core.

It’s just too bad that the homegrown team couldn’t quite get it done.
Jeremy it’s on you now! You need to tighten up your homer vibes for Ayton. We’re all extra pulling for him. Your comments critical of Ayton will be well received seen as he knows your his guy and he will listen to your words.

It's going to be an interesting starting lineup against the Hawks tonight without Book, Mikal, Cam and now KD! 🤔

Maybe I'm just drinking the press conference kool-aid, but he very much seems like he wants the Suns to be the preeminent franchise in the league and will spare no expense in achieving that.

Do we have any idea how long KD is out for though?

I hope Durant want to kick Kyrie's ass as much as we want to kick Dallas.

But for real, thoughts on potential moves now? Anyways we can trade all of our 2nd for Kenrich Williams?? We need a point of attack defender now. I guess Okogie can be that guy, not gonna really need his offense anyways now lol.

What free agents are still out there to fill those open roster spots?
