That has to change soon. I'm so tired of watching Chris Paul stick his ass into a guy 30 feet from the rim for 10 seconds.

Naz is good. Somehow move Ayton for W/G help, add Naz to play the 5 and we good.
Love, Hurts.

I loved how Okogie took a jumper in crunch time with Paul, Book, and Durant on the floor. Of course, he front rimmed it.Flagrant Fowl wrote: ↑Wed Mar 29, 2023 10:25 pmThat has to change soon. I'm so tired of watching Chris Paul stick his ass into a guy 30 feet from the rim for 10 seconds.
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

That was the "WTF Chris" possession I posted about after the jumpball. Looking back at it, no one was on the same page and Ayton set a terrible screen on the first action. Okogie did the right thing to try to bail out the possession but of course he's not that guy.Superbone wrote: ↑Wed Mar 29, 2023 10:46 pmI loved how Okogie took a jumper in crunch time with Paul, Book, and Durant on the floor. Okogie just needed to take the 3…And Chris has always been a drag out every second of the shot clock to get the best possible shot guy…problem is he can no longer just create a shot from nothing if the defense denies every option. KD didn’t have it tonight, but I’m pretty sure our crunch time offense in the playoffs will involve a lot more Book and KD action.

A grindhouse type of game.
Minnesota would be dangerous if the Wolves had a decent distributer.
Conley looks cooked (moreso than CP3).

Well, so much for hopes and dreams ...

The first time we get more free throws then the other team and this is the response

I don’t fully blame Rudy, the refs sucked in that game with how they completely changed how they were calling the game, but Rudy had some really bad and obvious moving screens. He didn’t adjust. His offensive foul when he had Booker under the rim was bogus, but they gave that one right back when Ayton got a bogus offensive foul the next possession.
And why is Rudy complaining, he’s not the guy who’s driving to the rim and not getting calls. Maybe Edwards has a gripe.

Rudy did get hosed on that Booker post up, he did nothing wrong but just be taller than Booker.
Love, Hurts.

He did clear Booker out with his elbow, which I have always thought should be an offensive foul. But bigs have been doing that for decades without it being called, so it was strange to call it in this game.

It was a pretty weak elbow though. Shouldn’t have been called

I agree the refs were atrocious. I think it had more to do with TV schedule. The first game ran late. So they didn’t call anything in the first half to get it back on schedule.
Gobert got one bad call. Ayton got one bad call. I think it’s a wash.

He’s an Emo Kelly Oubre fanboi on Twitter who talks about his feelings and has streamed playing video games with them before. I blocked him a long time ago because he’s way too millenial/gen Z Emo stoner vibes for me, but that is a cool thing he didwpmiller42 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 30, 2023 9:53 amJust out of curiosity, who is Andrew Leezus? I've tried Googling who he is and I'm not really sure aside that he's a big Suns fan and has a big social media presence.

After last night.....
I think that was a big win, there's no way those guys wanted to lose his home debut and KD probably pressed a little too and just glad to get it out the way
He's an All Time great and been in many big games but it's possible that being in the city and the whole build up that he has really come to understand how desperate the fan base is for a title
Between actually forcing a couple which is strange to see and missing some easy pullups, I really just feel he wanted too badly to ball out especially after the previous fan disappointments waiting on his debut
Either way, KD probably never gonna play like that again smh lol and down 10 mid 3rd quarter, the guys rallied and found a way and a L last night definitely would've been a mood killer
So well done
